Terms and Policy for Agonee Innovation Co., Ltd

1. Introduction

Welcome to Agonee Innovation Wholesale Department! Before engaging in any transactions or using our services, please carefully read and understand the following terms and policies. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and policies.

2. Order Placement

2.1 Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply.

2.2 Order Confirmation: An order confirmation will be sent to you via email once the order is placed. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, but rather a confirmation that we have received it.

2.3 Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

2.4 Cancellation Policy: Wholesale orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.

Any cancellation request must be submitted before the order is processed.

2.5 Minimum Order Requirement: Wholesale customers are required to meet a minimum order quantity and/or purchase amount as specified by Agonee Innovation.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments through approved credit terms, wire transfers, and other agreed-upon methods. Payment details will be provided upon order confirmation.

3.2 Credit Approval: For customers seeking credit terms, credit approval is required before orders can be processed.

3.3 Taxes and Duties: The customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental charges.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products, as well as the destination. 

4.2 Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are not liable for such delays.

4.3 Warehouse Pick-Up:

  1.  Customers have the option to pick up their orders directly from our warehouse location, in 11211 Jersey Blvd, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91370.
  2.  Warehouse Pick-Up Processing Time.  Please note that your order will be prepared and ready for pick-up within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order is ready, including the warehouse address and operating hours for pick-up. 

4.4 Inspection upon Delivery: Customers are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 7days of receipt.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Returns Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the products are in their original condition and packaging. Returns initiated after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

5.2 Return Authorization: Prior authorization is required for all returns. Please contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization (RA) number.

5.3 Return & Restocking Fee: The return processing fee may apply to all returned items. The return processing fee covers the cost of handling and restocking. And the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6. Quality and Warranty

6.1 Quality Assurance: We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

6.2 Warranty: Products may come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to product documentation for warranty details.

7. Confidentiality

All information provided by the customer will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

8. Reselling Prohibition for Wholesale Customers

Wholesale customers are strictly prohibited from reselling our products on the following platforms: Wayfair, Amazon, Temu, and Shein. The resale of our products on these platforms without explicit written consent is a violation of our terms of agreement.

Violation of this reselling policy may result in the termination of the wholesale agreement between Agonee Innovation and the wholesale customer. Agonee Innovation reserves the right to take legal action against any wholesale customer found in violation of this policy.

Wholesale customers are encouraged to contact Agonee Innovation for approval before listing our products on any online platform not explicitly mentioned in our reselling prohibition.

By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and policies. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and policies at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
